In the environment today, it is not unusual to see people working in teams to accomplish certain goals and tasks. During our youth, parents and teachers encourage us through various methods to work as part of a team. Whether a sports team, classroom team, or after school activities, parents and teachers and other authority figures start the introduction of working in teams and teaching the value of being able to work together to accomplish a common goal. As people progress through the various stages of their lives, everyone continues to strive to communicate. Communication is a part of everyday life. What is teamwork? Teamwork is defined as "a formal work group consisting of people who work together intensely to achieve a common group goal." (University of Phoenix, Apollo Library, 2007). A group becomes a team when members demonstrate a commitment to one another to reach a common goal. There is a high degree of cohesiveness and accomplishment in a team. Simply put two heads are often better than one. (University of Phoenix, Apollo Library, 2007). Teamwork can help us communicate in many ways.
The use of teams in a workplace enhances employee communications. Team work requires some type of collective action that is grounded in words and actions. (University of Phoenix, Apollo Library, 2007). In effective teams, there is a sharing of information and ideas that improves communication within a team and between the team and the company for which they are employed. (University of Phoenix, 2007). In the Effective Team Work Starts with Good Communication article by Adkins, B, (2005), it is stated that "there is a checklist that can be used to provide ideas for communication within your team or this checklist can be used as springboard for developing your own team

Introduction"Team development is critical for an organizational success, but helping the team members work effectively is often a challenging task." (Profiles team analysis) Effective and successful team is very necessary for an organizational growth.

What make a team successful? Team development is the most important thing for high performing team. To make an excellent developed team, first of all we have to understand what team actually is. Team consist from groups of people that brought together to obtain a common goal, objective and purpose. Team can be as huge such small. Team can be global or can be local. Team can consist from the people who are all different and are all of very different backgrounds.

How to develop a team to be successful?For effectively team development we have to know exactly what kind of team we are. Its mean what are the goals, what each member's role is and who need to work close with whom. After self realizing as a team we need to follow these factors of team development:•First of all we need to improve relationship between the members of people inteam. It is very important to be in a good relationship with team members. "Conflict in any endeavor that requires the input of two or more people is a real possibility", says Jeanne Gulbranson. The fact is that conflict is not suppressed. Team members are enabled to express negative feelings, thought and discords within the team. Dealing with a conflict between the team members is a way how to improve team performance. Team members should daily discuss all problems, negative thought, their misunderstanding and find a wise solution. It's mean they should give and receive a feedback between each other to identify common goals, to know everybody's point of view, to understand each others working preferences.

Additionally, it can be useful to organize some social activities what are team meal, celebratory drink, family days, theatre or concerts and sport activities. Then it also can be useful organize work activities such as regular team meeting, job swapping, team newsletter and some seminars. These activities can improve relationship between the team members or even can make them friends.

•Effective communication is also very important to develop a team. "Communicationis the transfer of meaning, information, thought and feeling". It is important for teams to find simple ways of improving communications within the team. Good communication skills are vital to an effective team. This not only includes communication between team members but also between the team and the organization.
